Returns & Exchanges

Every Unsupervised Life hat is built to order. Because each hat is customized specifically for your order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong style, color, size, or simply changing your mind.

If we made a mistake or your hat arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue.

Before returning any item, please contact us first. We want to review your order and determine the best solution before anything is shipped back.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, your order may no longer be eligible for cancellation because your hat is already being custom built.

If you’re unsure about a hat style, color, size, or any other detail before ordering, we’re happy to help. We’d much rather answer your questions before production than have you end up with a hat you didn’t intend to order.
